We have represented these same insurance companies protecting their subrogation interests and recovered millions of dollars on their behalf. We have taken over 100 cases to verdict, the majority before juries. We have represented individuals in business disputes and personal injury matters for over 25 years.
Some of our recoveries on behalf of injured individuals were: $2,500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 in 2008, $2,750,000.00 in 2010. Business recoveries have been as high as $850,000.00. We have created and administered IRS qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit corporations on behalf of several charitable organizations and continue to do so.
